Pre-Order & Shipping Timeline:All items are sold on a pre-order basis. Orders will be dispatched approximately one (1) month after the online purchase closing date.

Prize:A photo opportunity with celebrity guest Ling Ling Kwong. One (1) digital photograph will be taken and emailed to the eligible participant.

Eligibility:
Participants will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for every qualifying spend of SGD$250.
Each qualifying spend of SGD$250 must include the purchase of one (1) Sinnkawa Hello Merlion Star Plush Set.
Only purchases made on or before 4 March 2026 (Wednesday), 11:59 PM will be eligible for the photo-taking lucky draw.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of campaign products, which include lucky draw eligibility, all purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable once checkout is completed.

Restrictions:The photo-taking opportunity is non-transferable. Resale of any photo-taking opportunity is strictly prohibited.

Right of Interpretation:To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, deny entry, or remove any individual for misconduct, safety, or security reasons, without refund or compensation.
